The Fazzini sharpening machine model K1000-A has been constructed for the industrial sharpening of knives. Planned for continuous use , this machine is suitable for cutlery industries and for medium / big sharpening services.

This professional sharpening machine consists of a painted steel basement containing the grinding cooling system and , separately, the electric installation.The machine structure is made of alluminium and painted steel. 

The sharpening worm wheels are penetrate one into the other and turn upwards opposing one another so as to be opposed to the cutting edge of the blade to be sharpened . The sharpening operation is obtained sliding the blade between the two wheels .

Maintenance is very simple, including the wheel change when the coating is completely worn out.
