The model Compact it is a professional sharpening machine made by a alluminium and painted steel structure . The back side structure contains the electrical system , the front side structure contains two spiral wheels for sharpening knives and one cylindrical wheel .  The wheels are made of C40 steel and are coated with CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) to allow a dry operation without overheating problems . 

The knives sharpening wheels are penetrating and form a constant angle. The knives sharpening wheels turn upwards opposing each other so that they are opposed to the edge of the blade to be sharpened .The scissors sharpening wheel turns anticlokwise. On the structure is mounted a reference inclined surface for scissors sharpening and for special blades. 

The professional sharpening machine can be provided by a system that allows to keep the blade of the knife in the right position during the sharpening operation ( Right Position System – R.P.S. ) .

Maintenance is very simple, including the wheel change when the coating is completely worn out.

Compact K10 sharpening machine: for knife sharpening . Planned for frequent use , this machine is suitable for sharpening services, big restaurants, catering, butcher’s shops, meat industry, groceries and industry .

Compact KS10 sharpening machine: as the previous model but with cylindrical wheel , for knives and scissors sharpening . Planned for frequent use this machine is suitable for sharpening services, ironmongeries and other hobby shops, industry .
