This professional sharpening machine has been designed for sharpening knives and scissors . The model Small it consists of a main structure made by alluminium, a basement containing the electric system and a front cover containing the wheels . 

The structure supports 2 steel shafts placed horizontally and supported by bearings . The Small sharpening machine model it is provided by two helicoidal C.B.N.-coated wheels placed on the 2 shafts in order to sharpen knives . The knife sharpening wheels are penetrating and form a constant angle. The knife sharpening wheels turn upwards opposing each other so that they are opposed to the edge of the blade to be sharpened. An opening is located on the left side of the front structure for sharpening scissors . 

The machine can be provided by a system that allows to keep the blade of the knife in the right position during the sharpening operation ( Right Position System – R.P.S. ) .

Maintenance is very simple, including the wheel change when the coating is completely worn out.

Small K5 knife sharpening machine: for knife sharpening . This machine is suitable for small sharpening services , restaurants , butcher’s shops and groceries .

Small KS5 knife and scissor sharpening machine: as the previous model but with the front panel provided with a limiting plate , for knives and scissors sharpening . This machine is suitable for small sharpening services , small ironmongeries and other hobby shops .
